Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Now Available in the Gen5 Dashboard

You can now secure your Arcustech Gen5 Dashboard and Order System with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using either:

  • Software-based TOTP apps like Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password (one-time password field)

  • Hardware-based YubiKey

TOTP 2FA has been available since our new Dashboard launched on February 2, 2025 — and as of February 20, 2025, we’ve added support for hardware YubiKeys.

How to Enable 2FA

  1. Log in to the Dashboard.

  2. Open the Profile drop-down menu (“Hello, YourName”).

  3. Select Security Settings.

  4. Choose the 2FA method you’d like to enable.

  5. Save the backup security code displayed during setup.

That’s it! From now on, each time you log in, you’ll be prompted to enter your 2FA code or use your hardware key to complete the sign-in process.
